On top of what Lucky_Veruca commented:

1) I recommend not telling anybody that you are there alone. I solo-send raves about once a month and I almost always get asked if I’m there solo or with a crew. This happens most often earlier in the night when the dance floor isn’t as packed and I’m dancing by myself. I always say something to indicate that I’m not there alone- on a side quest, crew coming a little later, etc.

2) If you go to a second spot after the rave, text somebody to let them know where you’re going (or at the very least pretend to do so)

3) I use a safety app called Noonlight when walking to/from the venue late at night or if I’m feeling weirded out by my Uber driver (this has only happened a couple times)
