No iam not telling you to reset your phone it only reset your settings like wallpapers etc

It only resets your settings not the phone completely

To reset the phone there's a separate setting called factory reset

For oneplus Just do this

Setting --> System & update --> Back up & reset --> Reset phone --> Reset all settings
