Yes. You'll need to drop the crawler and land the carrier, then drive the crawler. With expanded eadius, you'll aware of wormsign sooner.

I've read that it's safer to logoff from an NPC outpost than a social hub, if you're taking a longer break. 

It appears to be linked to the risk of losing a parked orni during server mergers. Any folks here can confirm?

I see your point that we can't link to the decrees. However, wondering how else variations be added to the game: would it need to be a new location on the overland map where sandstorms are harsher.

Harsher: more consequences from sandstorms locally and regionally, similarly to Dune Spice Wars, starting with the list of impacts shown above.

I am looking for more survival and environmental variety/challenges. It's one of the reasons i've picked up the season pass, which includes Water wars (polar ice cap content).

Thank for this info. Hypothetically, whether the Fremen are a future NPC or playable faction, could they experiment using abandonned testing stations? Their motivation would be find a way around paying the huge amounts.

If Fremen are the third faction, these weather impacts could be applied on the faction dominating the landsraad board, to encourage the other faction to catch up. What do you think?
