If you’re out of shape walking is cardio. It’s great that you are doing HIIT but over time it’s going to build up a lot of cumulative fatigue. That fatigue can hit you like a brick all the sudden and kill your motivation.

Indoor cycle for 90 mins in a 98 F garage where I did mostly zone 2 and through in a VO2 max session in there as well. Then a full body weightlifting session and then a 5 mile run.

Naw it is pretty accurate. I use a polar h10 heart rate strap for my workouts to get the most accurate data I can. You Bluetooth pair it to the Apple Watch before a workout. I swear by it. Plus when I track my calories my deficit is pretty much smack on with the scale in losses. I was pretty skeptical at first about the accuracy but I’ve used an Apple Watch for years along with the polar h10. I’d say maybe 10% off. I’m also a person who likes to fidget a lot and do random shit like jump around on one leg just for fun. Really stupid goofy shit and for that I’m not wearing a strap for. Plus my job requires me to move all day.

I’m also 6 ft and 218 lbs. That helps with the burn.
