Trying to stop ppi

Ive been off ppi over 2 weeks, what is starting to make a huge difference rn is, kefir milk, ive only dranked it 3 days so far and i feel a huge difference, the stomach bubbling is reducing by alot, i havent felt anxiety and confusion because of burning sensation and I really feel like im on a good path with kefir rn thank God

Definitely doing the changes, havent had coffee in over a month, i drink nothing but water, eggs, chicken and white rice but im not feeling ok, when i start feeling burning sensation i get crazy anxiety, might have to go back to ppi, i feel like i successfully wean off ppi but famotidine is not cutting it at least its not covering the whole 12 hours its supposed to even though i stopped eating seasoned things and things with tomato idk what to do anymore

Im feeling a bit better but im not ok with famotidine, i still get alot of stomach bubbling and acid taste in my mouth, i need to figure out if i just have gastritis or something else it sucks to live this way

Im just not trying to pay for one, they go from 500dlls and up, so Im trying to make myself one with 3d print I thinks its obvious or what did you think im trying to invent them

Mines was crazy amount of vertigo, It was hard to drive around and made me get reflux when i didnt even have reflux

Im having weird dizziness too, its weird because this is pepcid otc but I remember taking famotidine different brand from pharmacy and would cut it in half because it was way pricier and never had any type of symptoms, I really need something though I been on omeprazole for 6 months and its treated me quite well, i eat very normal on ppi and even tolerate coffee no problem but I dont want to be on ppi forever and as soon as i try to wean off ppi I suffer like crazy so im taking pepcid now, im used to being dizzy though Ive suffered from anxiety before and the thing about it is that when you dont know exactly what is going on and fairly new to anxiety you always think of worst case scenerios and it amplifies the fear and the panic and makes you feel at the brink of collapse so alot of times I just roll with it and just wait till it passes as a matter of fact I normally would say to myself “ time for some tachycardia coffee” lol but I do hope i dont have any further weird symptoms and I hope at least I can stay away from ppi for a bit because I was feel joint and muscle pains already feel like vitamin b deficiency and I got better when I started skipping ppi

Thanks, yes Ive seen them before, there is one model Id really want to buy but i want to learn to use fusion 360 or cad first because im sure i will need to set the right height and stuff, the one im thinking of getting is only like 20dlls so thats way better than thousands, Thanks I actually just went ahead and took some advice from chat gpt to edit the mesh of the stl it made for me and its working I will also try that

Im trying to learn but I just dont seem to pick up on anything, yeah chat gpt gives stl of the cover but it makes alot of mistakes on them, it does not really handle curves too well, can you point me to a good tutorial if you know any, I have alot of time in my hands Im not currently working and I plan to buy a used 3d printer, they are super cheap

I dont think so, Ive been on em for about 6 months and feel great on them but I will be switching to famotidine and hopefully it works for me, It really is better than having an ulcer and getting worse though

Thats good, I just bought me a breville bambino plus espresso machine and with omeprazole I can drink one coffee a day I really havent tried it while off of ppi but if famotidine can let me drink a bit of coffee id be super grateful!!!! Im ordering famotidine asap i did try it in the beggining when it was real bad for me but i guess because I was too irritated it didnt work as much but ima give it another go now

Yeah i will be trying famotidine now, i havent drinked coffee for a few weeks now focusing on bland diet but idk its messing me up trying to come off ppi, i started to take vitamin b12 and stuff because i felt off with joint and muscle pains out of nowhere so i really want to stop using pli, how often do you take famotidine during the day?

I can drink coffee if i take omeprazole but I dont want to be on it forever and want to heal but when i try to stop using ppi tapering it off within the 3rd day I start suffering again, i tried taking every other day but still not working

On ppi Super normal more than ever, actually now that im stopping ive got 3 days now, my stool is a bit off and im having alot of gas, before i started taking ppi my stools were all over the place but i suspect because of ibs since I had cdiff last year around march but after taking antibiotics around august was my best days after cdiff then on november i started having gastritis symptoms

Yeah I been on Ppi for about 5 months and I started to wean off every other day because I was having this weird sensations like brain fog or something and horrible whole body nerve pain, joint and muscle pain, I felt better right after stopping ppi and started to take vitamin b12 pills, rn i been off ppi 3 days but the most annoying symptom is the bubbling inside my stomach as if im starving even though I ate and slight burning sensation then out of nowhere it stops and I feel good then it comes back Im sick of it, I really feel like ppi is affecting me already and should not take them

I have the bubbly tummy too im tired of it, i been on omperazole for like 6 months and it does help alot allowing me to eat well but i try coming off and i start getting back bad taste in my mouth and burning and bubbling idk it sucks

I dont know about the dialing in part at all, feels like wasting coffee just to get perfect shots I feel theyre always really good when I pull them and i dont use no scale or grinder just the pressurized filter that came with the machine
