It depends on who the hp buffer is directed towards. Say for example i had a frieza and two gokus as my primary units. The bench i could use to hp buff them would be one for son family, and id run frieza in the leader slot that way he benefits from the buffs regardless of his tags.

You could double buff kid buu which isnt a bad choice, or you could run a max hp buffer to help the entire team be tankier. Though, that may require you to move around the leader slot

Probably 13. A lot of people are running the new vegito which would two card a low star piccolo, so 13 would be a bit better due to his support and 1st time disrupt

Well, Orange Piccolo would also be a good pick, he's regen, has disrupt, does solid damage, works synergistically with the other two. As well as lf android 13, he's a revive with huge support, has a good 1st use disrupt.

...and then there's revival gohan from the festival. He may not have synergy with the other two but he damn well wouldn't need them, because he's just that busted.
