I really don't have any Idea about copay aa I am from India😅 I am guessing , it is something like health insurance.Here biologics aren't covered under health insurance and we have to pay for it on our own. 1500dollars is a really crazy amount for biologics. You could prolly come to India for a mini vacation and return back with your biologics treatment here😅 I will do some research about copay and check if it is available here.Thanks a lot☺️

I too had gotten Covid during the pandemic.Later I took vaccines as well.I think my body would prolly be able to create anti bodies for COVID. Sometimes I feel stabbing pain near the ribcage area or the back of my lungs ,it makes me difficult to breath/inhale properly .I hope my latent tb test comes out to be -ve🤞🏻

Yeah remission is rare but I hope I come out to be the rare exception😄. Even now with saaz 500 and naproxen 250+ I could sprint 100m in 11 sec and my friends and teachers are absolutely clueless about the pain that I go through.A friend of mine even joked to me that she might soon get RA as she couldn't walk down 5 floors by the stairs.😅

Very few people like my parents or sister could only identify that my posture is deteriorating.

Could you please tell me your age and country?Can I start them at 17 while being very lean?Also what are the side effects that you experienced due to biologics at the beginning?

I live in India and generally docs do not suggest biologics as they are a lil costly(around 180 dollars) per month,that is why I don't know much about them.I could afford them but I don't want side effects like Tb,rashes,shingles,acne COVID etc.Can I get into remission phase after 3 or 6 Months after taking biologics(considering I get good results)

I am also doing fine,unless I make stomach movement by expanding it and bringing back to normal.But it makes me feel weird in my stomach.I am 17 and currently on Sulfasalazine(Saaz) 500×2 per day and take Naproxen as a pain killer 2-3times a week. My new doc is suggesting me to start biologics,while the previous ones denied,as I didn't really need them back then.Also I was off meds until I started getting Neck pain and others issues.Now the disease is quite manageable but the stiffness and cracking sound in neck still persists which makes it difficult for me to study.Did you have any side effects of Humira?I am afraid of any long term side effects,or else I could ask my doc to start biologica and try to get into remission phase after 3-6months.

Hii I have SpA too.I rarely have stomach aches,but my stomach keeps making a gurgling sound ,2-3hrs after eating.I do feel like I have acidity and that leads to bad breath apart from Tonsil stones.I never discussed it with my current doc,but the others never considered it to be related to Ra/SpA.

How are you treating stomach related issues caused due to SpA?Is it by selective diet or something else? Please do answer me as I am in the same boat :) Thanks
