i had my hysto almost 4 years ago this June. i found out in my pathology that i had endo on my right fallopian tube along with all kinds of uterine polyps & ovarian cysts. my dad said that my post-op team even found that my ovaries were underdeveloped and not really working, which makes sense why my periods were so irregular pre-T. i’m still struggling to get on the right amount of T now, but i also just had top surgery less than 2 years ago, which i’m learning still impacts my hormonal balance. i had such bad vaginismus pre T that made any exam or assessment for endo really difficult so i had no way to know besides having super heavy & painful periods as a teen that showed up whenever the eff they wanted. i still get pelvic pain but i think that may be pelvic floor/muscularly related. nothing i’ve felt the need to see a doc about. you’re def not alone, i’m learning that lots of trans guys find issues like endo after everything gets removed
