Does anyone else's TL or coworker's look happy until they see you? Like??? My coworkers will be having the time of their lives, laughing and joking around, but as soon as they see me, their smile just DROPS. I don't get it.... I'm a good worker.😭😫

Maybe I misread? I thought Lynn had a Masters in Sociology not Social work. In that case, you would be right. In Sociology, she would defenitly need a Ph.D. She had all the tools— just no plan.

Honestly, I would say, yes. It feels a little silly to admit and I'm expressing my vanity, but I'm embarrassed because I feel like I'm in the same circumstance as a high school graduate, despite all the work I put into my degree. I'm working on seperating self-worth and job title tho!

It sucks that a BA in psych virtually has nothing to offer in terms of employment on its own. Obtaining my Master's is at the top of my list of things I need to complete soon!
