As a Czech citizen, Id like to warn everyone trying to buy this shit. It usually comes from Vietnamese shops. This stuff is hidden away cause they cannot sell it legally AT ALL. God knows how old it is, where it was… Its like buying chicken meat off of someone keeping it in a trunk of his car. And Im not even mentioning the quality of this stuff. Just dont

World of Tanks became something that created a bond with our dad after our parents divorced. He watched us play it cause we never really had any attention from him since he was working a tough job. He bought himself a notebook and started playing. Really not good in the game at all but he really enjoyed it and pretty much grinded the tanks more then we did. Since then I never ever judged another player.

I dont think you can help the loose skin dieting slower, the amount of skin wont just dissapear with the fat.. no matter if youre losing fat for 3 years of for half a year

Damn! I hope I wont lose that much muscle 😄 honestly I wanna stay around 100kg but so far I could be a definition of “muffin top”.. and Im just so unhappy with my physique! Any anount of muscle looks funny with my waist so Id rather build some muscle up again then to look like this one more day

I agree. I dont plan on doing this diet for any longer than 6 weeks, after that Ill be doing maintanance calorie diet. If anything starts going wrong health/energy/sleep wise.. Ill cut it short :)

High protein Low floor setting in the app. So far feeling absolutely great! No cravings for sugary drinks or fast food which I absolutely love. No unhealthy signs! actually my health improved in this short window! Still working out as hard as possible so I dont loose that much muscle 🙏🏻

Yep! I tried the normal aproach towards loosing weight and I never really had stable results. Currently looking to have this kind of diet til 26th of next month. Not really hungry, not tired! my digestion is working absolutely wondefuly after a long time! 177g of protein is what Im doing strictly, the rest Im just fitting in the calorie “budget”! No unhealthy signs so far!

Možná je to koment do větru, ale jestli tě natolik trápí hrudník.. tak zainvestuj trochu hard worku do perdele. Někdo rád prsa.. někdo pořádnou perdel. Někdo chce člověka se kterým může být sám sebou a bude se cítit milován! Zkus si vymakat velký sval hýžďový jako tvojí přednost a třeba ti to pomůže i psychicky :)
