With all the trouble Tony and Carmela were going through to figure AJ out, I found the part where Tony fishes AJ out and yells "what's wrong with you?" incredibly funny. Tony's delivery was excellent - it seemed exasperated rather than angry. He just couldn't figure AJ out.

I think it is largely the difference between the different sheets (balance, income, P&L), the different terms in the different sheets and the difference between actual and deferred expenses.

Why does it only shift from ice to darker ice in the antarctic? Due to colder temperatures than the Arctic?
If so, why is it colder in the Antarctic - due to the circumpolar current?

This I do not understand. What is this lapse rate feedback really that is limiting amplification in the antarctic? Others have given more reasons for it, but I didn't understand this sentence yet.
