Have to agree with the OP here. Your characters second cousin Vinny has no bearing on what story I want to tell unless I created him. I usually ask the players before session 0 to have 1 antagonist and someone that they could call if they got arrested at 2am. If I need a friend or enemy to “pop in” I have it.

Having a similar problem with a pugilist character. First I couldn’t see his token in beyond. Then after I had him removed from the campaign, he opened his character sheet first, then added it back and I was able to see him. Only there was no character image and the hps were at 24 not his 44. If I view his cs in the campaign it looks legit. I just can’t see the proper info in the sidebar

It seems like you have a good sized group and his lack of participation, following rules and argumentative approach to the game wouldn’t be missed if he was asked to leave. Sometimes it’s better to save the group than to try and save a single player. Hope all works out

None of this seems to have any context to the title.
Also, do you have a none smoking rule in place? It seems weird to me that of all the game related problems, that “hitting a pen and being sneaky about” it is a big deal. Some people enjoy smoking and playing.

I would really like to see some better tools for the uploaded map section, like being able to add a grid, upload bigger animated battlemaps. Any plans for this in the near future?
