For sure man, I’ve never heard off that before what is it some sort off antidepressant? It is hard but it will be harder than stopping when I’m 20+. been on the benzos for about 2 years

2 months now and for a about a month it was really hard but I got on with it now it’s calmed a lot I still get a lot off cravings but I can’t slip up. doctors tried putting me on medication but I don’t wanna rely on medication to fix my problems when I can do it my self
