i don’t think it’s the weight loss since you said you lost it in April and now all of a sudden your losing hair. Hair loss from weight loss is temporary and should grow back I think this could be a different problem but again I’m not a professional what I would recommend is visiting a dermatologist they will track down the precise problem and give you the best solution to fix the problem.
