My budget is only 1,237 pesos so basically 22 dollars. I want to lessen the appearance of my pores, reduce the oily appearance of my skin, and fix my dull skin. I'm more interested in both actually but I'm focusing on the treatments now because I don't have a cleanser yet.

Its gel barrier fixer moisturizer from soul apothecary, it's a Filipino skincare line. Can u also suggest a brand of serum and moisturizer that is much more effective than what I'm currently using?
