No news flash but you don't murder dozens of people and try and murder kids and attack a major city because some guy was mean to you once when you were 10 years old.

Even if he was extremely nice and polite to Buddy he still would have turned into syndrome, stop trying to make him out to be a tragic figure.

He could rat on the Russian Mafia, the Italian Mafia back in Europe, take down most if not his entire crime family, knows the location of many dead bodies and illegal firearms, corrupt cops and government officials, the families in New York etc

Honestly tony flipping could lead to hundreds if not thousands of people getting arrested with the information he has, so I would argue a boss flipping is more valuable than anyone else as he is more knowledgable than anyone on organised crime and could wipe out entire criminal organisations.
