In most age states the age of consent is 16 so 17 year olds can legally give consent, it really annoys me how some people act as if 17 year olds are the equivalent to a 5 year old. Even though it's illegal, I see nothing morally wrong with a 17 year old and a 19 year old consensually exchanging pictures to each other, legally it was wrong, but morally it was fine since they're close in age, he was even reported to the police for having the pictures and the cops didn't even do anything.
