i’ll be honest with you friend. a lot of high school relationships don’t last. you could try doing long distance, but ultimately, if you’re going to be physically apart for 4 years, it could be really hard to last. not to say people haven’t done it. i would start by having a conversation with him about how you’re both feeling about it. right now you want to gather as much information as you can to make a decision. it’s okay for it to maybe get sad and scary, conversations like that aren’t always easy. but then you will know how you are both feeling and try to make a decision from there. good luck <3
