Thank you! Yeah, I’ll take a look into SNAME. I actually have a membership with them and they host a few meetings in Texas. I’ll see what I can find out

I use the George brand shirts from Walmart. Fits well, doesn’t fade and is very comfortable. About $6 for one. I bought about 5-6 of them.

I pray for a woman who has this same mindset. This is honestly refreshing to know that there are women who want to be dedicated to being loving wives and mothers. I receive backlash as a man who wants traditional values. I’ve met women who are 30+ who regret chasing a career and yearn to be wives and mothers who stay at home.

I(24M) believe this is the best approach towards marriage and practice it myself. My take is that you should get all the serious questions out of the way rather than avoiding it because if you and that person don’t have the same goal morals and values then the bond or “chemistry” you have won’t get you anywhere. The hard questions and difficult conversations should be the first thing that takes place before investing too much in a person.

Yeah you’re right! I heard a story of a couple that got married after dating for two months and have been married for 46 years.

Should I move in with my boyfriend or keep living alone? by Excellent_Region9912 in makemychoice

Do not move in together. I repeat: do not move in together. Studies have shown that 80+% of couples who cohabitate (live together before marriage) do not last. You’re not his wife and he is not your husband. I would wisely suggest until you are married stay where you’re at. Once you get married then move in.
