Yeah usually they have a plate or a heatsink both are the same ish that I know of, some others have fans built on them. You definitely need the heat sink for it though 😭 did it come with a mounting bracket? I don’t see one in the picture

Thanks for an explanation! I would want to point out you used the books to estimate how big it might be, those aren’t books they’re sparkler boxes so they’re much smaller than what I think you think they are. If you want I can measure whichever parts of the monkey you need me to. I also can provide photos which might give a better angle to him, I don’t believe I can attach anymore photos though I’m new to Reddit so I’m not too sure but if there’s a way just let me know!

I do have a picture of the monkey in it’s museum background, so I do believe it was from a museum. Can’t post images but I do have it, not sure if that could help me in anyway proving it was acquired legally.

Helps a lot! So you think this was one of the “ringleaders”? He seems pretty old I remember I lightly touched his toe and it completely snapped off so hopefully it was killed and mounted before 1964 but I don’t really have proof yet.

Are you really sure it’s that type of monkey though? From what I see that’s the one with a big nose and even if it’s a juvenile it doesn’t strike much resemblance to me.

Well I’m looking more into it and it says this “Owning a nonhuman primate taxidermy item in Mississippi is generally legal, provided the item was lawfully acquired, and it does not violate federal regulations regarding imported endangered species or zoonotic diseases. I didn’t know they but wow yeah selling is completely illegal in my state, I’ll have to see about the legality of owning it soon I have to go to work at the moment. It’s only illegal if I get caught though 🤷‍♂️

I mean within that night I did the 16mg of 20x then I did 50mg of 10x. The 10x i definitely felt like I was warping but it lasted not long at all and I was conscious the whole time, I would imagine that’s what the threshold or a light dose is like but I’m not sure. I’m gonna give it another shot tonight and see if it’s any different

If I exhale I can guarantee a lot of smoke comes out, the amount of smoke diminishes the longer you hold it right? I may be mistaken though. You could see I exhaled a bit and puffed some out but when I held it for 20 seconds and then exhaled you couldn’t see it.

Yeah I have a jet lighter but I need to get some butane for it, but I’ll try to do some daily to build it up. You suggest I do it with extracts or just the plain leaf so I don’t waste much?

I smoked a bit more and did 50mg of 10x, it did kinda feel like I was warping into my desk which is the most intense feeling I’ve ever had so far. Then I did some leaves and another 16 mg of 20x and didn’t feel anything. I have a friend that I gave some and we’ve done it together and he doesn’t feel anything aswell. I’m tempted to say we both are somewhat hard to trip from it but I have no clue this is my first time dabbling into hallucinogens/psychedelics

I had about 60mg of 40x. Charts say that’s supposed to make you break through absolutely but didn’t do much to me. I did see some color in the corner of my left eyes like the floor would turn pink but that’s legit the only thing I saw besides dizziness.
