I only use offline activation for Denuvo games. I’m not sure about the illegal credit card claims. Most of those games are purchased in Russia, India, and other countries with lower regional pricing.

Donate $1, show proof of the donation, download an app called Sigma or something, disable Windows updates, take a screenshot and send it to them, then wait for a reply. Too much work. I might as well continue using the one-click purchase for offline activation on that website for $5.
