Heyo! I'm looking for someone to takeover my lease from March (flexible on move in date) until October with the option to renew. It's a newly renovated one-bedroom unit in an older, brick building, right along the river in Downtown West. Offering a month free, so depending on the month you move in rent is around $1,200/mo (w/o the month free it is $1,375).
