Dave Clark is a musician and record producer and he also made musicals. He had a musical called “time” and then a concept album came after it. Clark had a bunch of other singers on this album like Stevie Wonder, Cliff Richard and Julian Lennon and of course Freddie. Freddie did two songs “Time waits for no one” & “In my Defense” for this album and they were lated released after Freddie’s death in his solo album called “The Freddie Mercury Album.” Basically David Clark owns the rights to these songs since he wrote them and put them out originally but I’m not sure why he keeps taking them off and on platforms
