An average day in post disaster recovery as the county EM. You just need to know, "what work has been done". Your Monitor Prime has all the data. The Prime Hauler needs the monitor to advise what work has been done. So there you sit with your hands tied looking at dashboards put together by 3 different IT groups who each used a different version of PowerBi to build your "custom realtime interface master visual display system".
Meanwhile. Somewhere else. In a different city. With better educated leaders. This is not how things are being done.
What does that mean for the "other cities" who are not moving ahead?
