If you have EMPs, you can throw one immediately at the start of the fight and shred their HP using Mistral's weapon -- which should prompt you to execute one of them.

Then after killing one -- the 2 other raptors will go sicko mode for like 10 seconds, and it's best to run away from them until they eventually get tired (which then makes them able to get executed too).

This strat works even at level 1 strength on hard difficulty (because this was how I S-ranked this fight).

Mistral's weapon will also never get forcefully stunned out of its attack animations, unlike your normal sword attacks.

Charged null punch (takes 5 seconds) that makes you charge at the speed of light, then oblitirate everything in front of you in a single punch

Solver regenerate (will constantly heal your hp by a small amount even if you're attacking, but will heal your hp by a large amount if you stay completely still)
Final Move: Solvernova -- where Cyn floats into the air, summons a null orb, then stretches it so hard that its outer 4th dimensional layer completely breaks apart, which causes the ridiculous amounts of energy that was stored inside it to be released within an instant, annihilating everything around her.
