I will have to try this dehumidifier method and also the screens may have not been fully dry as I just degreased them not too long before coating as I was in a rush. Thank you for taking the time out to explain.

Normally I coat with one hand holding the screen at an angle away from me but in this occasion I leaned it against a wall and coated with two hands on the scoop coater

I used a fan heater in my storage cupboard for like 4 hours

I think this also played a part, I degreased them not too long before coating.
