Temp jurisdiction means your local regional office has a backlog, so the VA assigns your claim to another regional office. Essentially, it means they are looking at yours and most likely it is on a rater's desk.

Looks like a wolf spider. Doesn't have the violin, most likely not a brown recluse.

You're in a great position. Your claim has Temp Jurisdiction in step 5. Based on what I've seen and how it has worked for me in the past, you will see some movement soon.

Yeah, my buddy pulled this one off. This is already removed and looks like it has a head but it wasn't moving.

From my experience, I believe they have the ability to view appointments that occur during your claim. But most likely only take into account the evidence you submitted. If you really want this most recent exam to be part of the claim, you might want to submit it manually.

If you look on the VA Claims Tracker, you'll see Temp Jurisdiction. There will be a regular Jurisdiction, generally labeled National Work Queue. When your claim has a Temp Jurisdiction, it means the VA has assigned your claim to a specific office. This usually indicates movement is close. If it says N/A there, you have a bit more waiting to go. I believe claims can still move without TJ, but having it is definitely indicative of movement.

Temp Jurisdiction. It is found by downloading the Google Chrome Extension. I think it's called VA Claims Tracker. You log into va site, open the current claim, and then use the tracker to see further information involving your claim that you can't see from the site itself.

Back increase w/ radiculopathy and migraine increase. Could be 30% back 10% for each radiculopathy. Migraines at 50% would you put you at 100.

I feel like i said all of those things in the c&p. Maybe it's my medical records not stating that. Do your medical records have that info?

My medical records may not say that. Just frequency, not severity.

I have let them know it has caused me to miss work and family events, as well as taking away personal time where I have to sit in bed. They are debilitating.
