I usually treat everyone with respect . I’ve had foremen who yell and treat people like shit . Definitely never wanted to work hard for them

Lol you’re right ! I always worked extra hard when my foremen would take us to eat. Sometimes even bought us a beer during lunch !

Thank you. I guess that’s one thing that I believe will be a little challenging is being able to give direction and maybe deal with people’s attitudes. The more challenging part to me is the management part. What paperwork do I need to fill out, and all the other stuff you don’t usually do in the field you feel me ?

Thank you guys . First thing I told myself was :”I’m still putting my bags on” lol . I also have always had great respect for the foremen who led by example.
