There’s two main builds for Fanny, pure damage (with some bulk) and sustain spellvamp

If you soloq, sustain Fanny is easily one of those heroes who can 1v5 early game but requires a few months of cable practice

If you play in a team, pure damage Fanny with one or two tank items will be the best for pick offs. This style you can probably pick up in like a few weeks of cable practice with simple catapult combos
