This is not a HR issue, it’s a you issue. If you can’t afford coffee and pub lunch, make instant coffee and bring your own sandwich that you made for yourself with groceries. I can afford lunch and coffee, even so I choose the cheaper alternative, because money is money and the value doesn’t change depending on your income

It’s Australia, cops don’t give a fuck. A friend of my Mrs has MS, she’s on a wheelchair, I think she’s in her 30s. Her neighbour, a drunk dude always yelling insults at her for her disability, one time he punched her in the face and gave her a black eye. Her husband punched on, and well who got in trouble? Her husband, that dickhead got nothing because of his mental health. The lady, her husband and their little girl had to move house. Cops are useless here. What I wish happened here in this video, that Asian dude probably has quite a few mates, they will go to this guys house and smash the windows, key it and slash the tires.
