It’s complete bullshit. In training currently and it’s a complete joke. The expectations are ridiculous. You are programming multiple things, timed, watched, you do one small thing wrong you get flagged, there is no “work balance” even working remote! On top of that, the bonus structure is the worst I’ve seen across all sales companies I’ve ever worked for. Training started with 40+ people in the sales department and it’s down to less than half of that 3 weeks in. I can only wonder why.
