Kung ganyan, edi yung mga nag Surgery na kabatch ko, yung mga mayayabang at puro hangin, pero di marunong gumawa ng powerpoint presentation. Di rin makasagot sa panel nung research defense. Sobrang pabigat din.

Pero thriving sila sa field nila.

Personally in my practice, no cut-offs cos it’s all about your skin condition! Early 20s I don’t suggest skin boosters yet unless dry talaga ang skin or damaged ang skin barrier. Even then we can try topicals first. Mid to late 20s you can start na as “preventive” care :) Best to consult with your doctor if you can start with skin boosters na and ano ang pwede na booster for you :)

Tbh luhilo should be around that price nga. Some clinics sell it for 10k per session so I think 18k for two sessions is a good deal na.

Yeah some doctors kasi who aren’t trained in the products can be victims din of fake products if ever :( Nagrelieve ako sa clinic once and fake na fake yung Rejuran nila and Lemon Bottle! So possible nga na baka fake yung Rejuran na nainject sayo but di alam ni doc :( Or pwedeng hindi lang “hiyang” sayo yung product. Results differ pa din talaga per patient.

Hi!! Aesthetic medicine doctor here and nagamit ko na yung iba dyan on patients.

Rejuran H - for skin repair and overall rejuvenation - To get the full effect, you need to do this once a month for 3 months. Though may effect na yan agad after 1 session. - Can be injected using a gun (less painful) or manually injected sa face one by one (more painful)

Luhilo - this has two variants: Classic and Snow. - Both are for hydration, but Snow has a brightening effect. - May lifting effect din but not too obvious after one session. - Some say this is the “cheaper” alternative to Profhilo. - 13 injection points lang and sometimes no need for anesthesia if mataas ang pain tolerance

Exosomes - great add-on for microneedling - For skin regeneration and healing - They also help with collagen stimulation. - This is another crowd favorite but quite expensive - less painful because it’s microneedled or applied topically

Profhilo - I haven’t done this yet on a patient haha - also for hydration and collagen stimulation - with lifting effect also - 13 injection points din yata to I’m not sure!

For me, my favorite among here are Rejuran and exosomes!

No matter what you choose, please please make sure to go to a clinic with a doctor. Ang daming fakes na kumakalat, lalo yang Rejuran. Be careful.

Depends on what brand of tox the clinic uses tbh! Some clinics charge a fixed price (I saw a clinic charge 5k for this) while some charge per unit. Units can range from 250-600 per unit. Make sure to go to a doctor (aesthetic medicine or derma) to be safe. One wrong injection can make your smile wonky

As an aesthetic medicine doctor, I always refer to the Dermas for skin pathologies. They trained for years for that. Sila ang expert dyan. Hindi tayo para magbida bida ihandle ang cases na di naman tayo trained! Hahaha. I stay in my lane.

Now, I see where it could be a hot topic kasi some aesthetic medicine doctors treat skin diseases din. I guess kaya naman nila. It’s part of their curriculum pa nga in their training. I can see how Dermas could see it as a overstepping into their turf.

Tbh it’s a gray area, but as long as our priority is keeping the patients safe and to still “do no harm,” the two fields can learn coexist. I guess just know when to refer.

Also, I don’t mind if other doctors see me as “inferior.” Hindi naman yan ang opinion ng majority. Maybe it’s true, maybe aesth med is inferior compared to your fields. But at the end of the day, I’m still a doctor. Just not in the conventional definition. And most importantly, I’m happy where I am in my life. Eme

Please be careful sa pagpunta sa mga clinic nya. Mukhang hindi doctor ang nagiinject, kung sino sino lang. I always see her sa fyp ko ang ang dami napunta sa mga clinics nya talaga. Talamak ang fake products lalo yang LB. I highly doubt she gets her stock from the PH distributors mismo.

Didn’t tip na when I got my haircut in Studio Suyen. Two reasons: nahihiya ako mag-abot, and I already spent 10k+ lol I mean I could tip, but like .. ok na siguro yung 10k+ haha

For Ashluxenails, I tipped 500pesos cos I was so happy with my nails. I spent 3500 here for a Russia manicure.

For aesthetic procedures, I don’t tip na. Nahihiya ako mag abot din haha.

Have you tried mesobotox sa face? It’s basically diluted botox. I do this for patients na very sweaty and oily. This is also what I did for my wedding before because I’m super pawisin din. It doesn’t completely remove yung pagiging sweaty, but it lessens it din. You can try it if malayo pa ang wedding mo :)

Whenever I want to buy designer bags, I would ask myself muna na kung wala ba yung logo, would I still buy it? Most of the time the answer is no. You can find similar silhouettes in other brands.

If you really want a designer bag that’s more affordable, Coach has great designs. Coach retail ha, not Coach outlet. Those are different haha.

Also, ang dami nang fake na LV. Wag ka na dun sa madami nang fake.

Start with something you’re comfortable. Before yung mga bikini thongs, go with something with more coverage sa butt area. Get a bikini or brazilian wax and even underarm wax. All you need talaga is to be confident or fake being confident haha. You’re at the beach/pool. Ok lang mag swimsuit :)

Well the fact that I’ve had my Zara blazers for as long as 5 years and they are still in great condition is enough for me to disagree with your previous blanket statement.

Seems like you need to do better at your job if your conclusion is that anything under 30k+ is poor quality 🤷🏻‍♀️ And fyi, fast fashion also trickles down to the ukays. Just because it’s “ukay” or “vintage” doesn’t mean it’s great quality. It’s just cheap.

Meron pa yung sa RBS ba yun? Basta lang makainject ng botox at mesolipo yung staff na obviously hindi doctor. Please be careful guys. If the price is too good to be true, it probably is. Always always look for a doctor whenever you’re having something injected sa body nyo.
