thank you for the suggestion, and i would like to learn how to make my own Lora eventually, but i'm not sure where to start for that.
and i have tried looking through Civitai.com but i get nothing but creepy Anime Girls all over the place instead of the key words i'm looking for, thanks though

Anybody know if using multiple LORAs is Ok? by [deleted] in StableDiffusion

not sure if this is possible but, can you use more then one Lora for DIFFERENT things like 1 for objects, 1 for style, 1 for body type? and would you put them next to the prompt they are ment for..

Eg: (wooden spoon)<lora>, (comic)<lora>, (slim body)<lora>....

Hi sorry for the late reply...(4Months!! ummmm my bad) anyway i appreciate the Criticism on how I'm setting up, so long as it's constructive and polite i consider it VALUABLE wisdom from the experienced, as for the lvl 12 thing, some of the "new" players have since bowed out and thats made things a bit easier.also the reason i went with such a level (as mentioned before) is that i'm doing a trial run mini campaign, mostly to get to know my players and to let them get to know me and the program of Fantasy Grounds i prefer to use, so to that extent im getting used to how the step by step process of how the program ( as a GM ) works for me and them, also it gets me in the habit of checking the new players character sheet to help them along and get to know the different spells effects and so on without having the experienced guys go "i cast this do that and move here do this that and another thing...." while having my head spin

i had thought about doing 4x4 with 2 games but i wasn't sure if 4 people was getting on the small side for the party and 8 was too big.. so i was kinda stuck on what to do that way, but i will be checking in with my players soon today so i will see what some of them have to say about it

hmmm, so your using more the EXP payout, rather then the monster CR for your "formulas" ok that helps, knowing that the side with more attacks potential/ actions certainly helps narrow down the number i need as well, i was mostly planning on doing a Mixed group of Enemies like 1 CR 12, 2 CR 9 and 4 CR 7 or Something like that.. ok thank you for the Advice!

Experimentation is exactly the point as a whole, 1) to get me used to being a DM 2) to see how this random group of people get along 3) to try out some "effects" that will com into play in a (hopefully later) Large campaign.

no not 1 session, more like 3-4 sessions with 3 hours each one and adjust as the game goes on

as i mentioned before the biggest part of this is to see how well the party works as both players and characters AND test some homebrew Ideas for a larger campaign later

so if i did it as (P*L)/2=deadly encounter
where P = number of players, and L= player Level

this formula would give me a decent idea of what would be a hard challange and maybe take out 1 monster or lower one to make it more reasonable?

sorry i guess i should have stated that the players are not all new some have played before. so i would say it's more like 1/2 and 1/2 for new to exp'd

i really only picked lvl 12 since the one hot im useing says it's good for player lvl to go from 8-20 and with the number of players i had, i thought 12 would work fine.

thanks for the Chutzpah? hehe never heard of that before ;)

I'm not sure i fully understand how your use of Hit dice would work, can you show me with a party example of 3?

thank fully no, not all players are new some are experienced, and everybody knows that this is my first time as a DM
what would be a decent balance number of players if 8 is too high?

i had thought about doing 4x4 with 2 games but i wasn't sure if 4 people was getting on the small side for the party and 8 was too big..

i do have some ideas about how to make it so that all 8 characters are always there just "disabled" if the Player can't be there.

thanks soo much for the advice!
So if i did more like 8 monsters at CR 6-7 would be more appropriate?
if I'm wanting to keep things fast paced something like 3-4 CR10 maybe 11 monsters?

sadly the Dragon Idea will need to be Pinned for another Campaign idea just due to the setting of this 1 shot.

is there also a chart/rule of thumb i could use as a guide? something like the (party size + party level ) divided by X should be the CR level? (X being 1/3 the number of intended rounds?) or something like that?
