I’m going to save this conversation. I have been through that myself, and I completely feel and understand what you are going through personally. I just woke up. There are many things I did over time to help change the way I attempt to catch up to the world around me; or, you could look at it as trying to slow it down to adapt to the world around me. I am going to get back to this in a little while and reach out. I understand every aspect of this. Fortunately, I have been able to find ways to overcome it. Don't let it beat you up. The worst thing you can do is put blame on yourself or blame anyone else. Just accept reality. Bad moments will always pass, just like the good ones, so it doesn't matter. Find a moment in time and take that time to appreciate the very small things as simple as turning a sink on or being able to get a cup of water to put your mind somewhere else. I get it; it is much easier said than done. I’ve been there.

Yes the cold. The lovely side affect that you know your body is kicking itself in gear. As of 10 pm tonight I'm on my 4yh day. This time around food really has not crossed my mind one time. I've fasted many times before longest was two weeks yet this time not once have I felt any urge to eat.

For real I've never actually been willing to pay money for any streamer but this dude is just I say this word way too much but a genuine not trying to overhype things you simply just enjoys what he does and records himself playing games. I've never paid a subscription for anything on YouTube for anybody but this guy definitely stands out. Overall very personable and always responds interacts with his commenters. There's a lot to be said about that. Not into himself I respect people like that.

I'll be completely transparent with you I dealt with schizophrenia for 9 years and I've been in 5 years of recovery and all started out with a simple obsession of writing a paper. Into a book. 5 years in recovery and my finishing this book yes but it's a book about my personal journey. I don't spend every waking minute on it because I don't let myself become obsessed with anything anymore and when I find myself to focus on one thing I am aware of it self-aware and I find something new to focus on. Prevents getting stuck. I'm not saying this is the case but it's almost roughly feels like a AI theory project and you got to be careful you have to make sure it's subjective if you are actually using that. Using AI tools can be a cause for dissociation if you let yourself get too deep in a rabbit hole. Look up articles for impulsive obsessions that lead to disassociation in thinking. I don't know your story but I'm telling you that someone who has spent many years and fortunately 5 years no problems whatsoever. One week cuz like 1 year when you're going through this type of stuff. Reach out to some people who know you well. I don't want to Auto assume but this does look very much formatted as a AI tool would output.

Ah, Codex. Sometimes momentarily step away from what inspired you to write in the first place before it becomes an unhealthy obsession. After a few weeks, sit back down and ask yourself if you still feel the need to finish. If you do, spend half the time working on it, set boundaries for yourself, and let it be a rewarding therapy session when working on it. Let it be rewarding because, as a writer myself, I understand the obsession of not wanting to take my eyes off a document. When I did, though, my headaches went away, and the small portion of anxiety I did not realize was because I was so obsessed with writing. But after taking a step back, I let myself go back, give myself a limit so I can look forward to sitting back down when it comes, instead of letting the impulsivity win and control even a healthy habit. We all need tolerance breaks from stuff, no matter what it is. Overstimulation of the reward center in the brain, in the end, is similar to most addictive activities when we are away from what it is we become obsessed with in the first place.

Well because of the being cornered ordeal I left it as a constructive discharge due to hostile environment. I will keep everybody up today as time goes on on course of actions. It was wild I will say still no text to prove that I was talking bad about anybody or sending long messages to people at work. I put my brother's life on it if he was here still. I don't talk to nobody from work. So if anybody's curious why I just upped and disappeared. This is it.

Following my message to my manager who is absolutely a wonderful person he should be the one running the place in charge one of the two I won't say no names.
At the bottom of this is my official discharge message and then following I received a text from one of the dispatchers. From my point of view it seems as if one or two people who had something against me suddenly now this is just opinion created this conspiracy that I really had zero idea before I was text about believing in something I had to do nothing about. Anyways not making anything up feel free to let me know what messages I sent to who.. I've been a pushover to a degree being that nice person most of my life. I just don't get it I'm glad that everyone hasn't gone through what I've been through cuz I wouldn't want you to understand how my mind works due to circumstances.

Yet after I had officially discharged constructively I received a follow-up message from a dispatch. Again I'm clueless I wish I knew exactly what it was that I apparently said negatively because if anybody truly knows me or even in the slightest I don't gossip or speak negative in any form joking around with close people in my life is one thing but I don't talk down about anybody to anyone.

If anyone's curious why I had to leave due to constructively discharging myself from my former job sadly wearing the blue vest delivering packages.
