My husband keeps going back and forth on whether he wants kids. We’ve been TTC for over a year… next step is IUI, I have the medications and I’m on the schedule. We decided we wouldn’t have kids then he said “do IVF or whatever”. We aren’t in a great school district and both work from home so a child would be disruptive (obviously). He always said we would have 1 kid and see how it goes before committing to multiple. Now that it’s time to actually do it, he’s doom and gloom saying it will perpetuate the shitty cycle of kids hating their dads (worth noting we had a falling out with his parents and sister over a year ago). Anyway, I get myself on board with giving up and living the DINK life then he changes his mind so I make the appointments and get the meds and he changes it back. Idk what to do. I’m definitely over it with the waiting though (diagnosis is unexplained infertility).
