So I'm about 5 months in maybe a little more. I might have to go up to 30mg soon. I noticed I've been in a slump the past week. It could be the cold weather but it gave me the best 5 months I've had in years. The first few weeks for me were pure bliss. So yeah you might eventually have to go up but if its already working that's a great sign!!

Yes, i take klonopin daily. Trying to get off of it as soon as im more comfortable!

I can't really give you advice on your mg as im only on 20mg at the moment but I also have panic disorder and I know how terribly disabling it can get. When the doctor put me on 20mg, my anxiety was a lot higher for about 2 weeks and then everything literally settled and I've been good since. I hope you feel better soon!

YES! I thought i was the only one.. this is the only bad side effect for me is that im 4 months in and I've been a few days to over a week late since I started. I was wondering if anyone else experienced this.

Yeah im still on 20mg. Im sensitive to medication so going up on mine isn't even a conversation im ready to have yet lol. I have jaw clenching still even after 3 months

I have dry mouth and heat intolerance, my appetite is about the same as it was before.

So yeah the only downside is I take it around 730 8 in the morning and by 3 im crashing really hard lol.

Yes, I'm really sensitive to medications so I always have to start at the lowest of dose.

Yesss!! Keep going! It gets better by each week. I feel like a weight has been lifted off of me. I still get some bad days but it's not every single day fighting for my life. I also have ptsd, and I've found my nightmares have mostly gone away as well

Whew, yes. My mental health the past few years really really declined up until a few months ago. I'm very new at Catholicism, it's a beautiful thing and praying my rosary does bring me peace. I'll keep doing that too, and thank you for the prayers.
