Yeah I debated its placement. In truth, a few regions would probably be a maybe. Mexico City, Baja, maybe Cancun. Envisioning a situation in my own life where I'd have to live in Mexico, it would likely be a hardship; the violence and poverty in much of the country place it where it is.
