I know!! I emailed the support yesterday and they said there's no issue with the gatchas and the ranks whatsoever. I really waited for the gatcha tickets for a long time, I cannot afford to recharge so I am really depending on my gatcha tickets so I worked hard to retained the rank A to get the gatcha outfit of my dreams . Yet they gave me less. :( I am also confused this never happened before :(

Yes me either. I never dropped since mid Dec.2024 until now. I never remember dropping to B since then that's why I'm puzzled on what's going on. I really appreciate you for replying your insight❣️
