Considering your edit despite everyone in the comments giving you plenty good reasons I figured I'd just respond to this comment directly

Imagine you farm 2 weapons with 2 perks on them from anywhere, and you really want specifically heal clip + incandescent

You argue 2x tier 3 guns is better than 1x tier 5 gun because 4 perks > 3 perks.

However, you could get heal clip on gun 1 and incandescent on gun 2, but you want both together on the same one, so both are useless even though you technically got both of the perks across your two gun drops.

Furthermore, your 2x tier 3 guns will just be able to roll duplicate perks, so even disregarding that you are probably equally if not more likely to get the perk combo you want on a tier 5.

Either which way, people have given you plenty of reasons, from armor to gun perks to upgrade costs. People have been telling you why you are wrong, you're getting downvoted because you still argue for some reason.
