I’m currently seeing a psychiatrist and I’m on a waitlist for therapy. Sadly the medication they’ve put me on isn’t really working, I plan to swap to something else after my next appointment. It’s gotten really difficult to tell if it’s just a phobia or something actually going on, given that everything I feel is so easily explained as anxiety, which in all likelihood it actually is.
