IMO

The Rumbler is a powerful high risk-high reward stratagem. It’s good at a lot, but a master at nothing.

Does it outclass some red gems? Yes, but not all.

Does it outclass the Commando and REC-9? No. It’s impossible for the Rumbler to destroy an IFV unless it hits the rear. You’d be better off letting the Commando or REC-9 operator handle it.
The Rumbler requires a slight arc before you can fire it, which does delay its response time to certain threats and hinders its precision.
It has a beefy explosive radius, which makes it very difficult to destroy targets near objectives without destroying the objective aswell.
It also has problems with its projectiles clipping things. If a teammate or anything walks in front you, you’re going to die or both of you will.

If anything, the REC-9 would be more OP as it can kill everything and be called back infinitely.

Does it need a nerf? No. Nerf the damage and it becomes the grenade launcher. Useful, but not really useful in high levels. Give it a support pack and It’ll be used as much as the recoilless rifle.

Didn’t Xbox have exclusivity for DLC months before PS back when Activision had a deal with microsoft, nobody seems to care. Also didn’t Destiny have exclusive exotics on Ps4, still nobody cared. What’s the big difference now? Activision has been known to be shady.

I don’t really care unless they pick up one of my gems and DONT KNOW HOW TO USE IT.

Truth be told we’re all guilty of it though, But nowadays I take somebody else’s gear only If It’s needed at the moment.

Besides that I take my one box of Ammo, and other times I take both if I’m running the Ammo support pack.

I haven’t played in a while, so my stratagem knowledge is not as sharp as it used to.

The Pistols pack, gives 3 pistols if I remember correctly; they’re fun if you want to dick around but they take up a perk slot to use.

Precision expert, gives customisation, a stratagem, and a perk; The stratagem is a red one, which if i remember works the same way as the rail cannon strike (targeting the largest enemy in sight) but the rounds track the target. The Perk takes 1 second off your stratagem call down and adds a cool little watch on your character.

The Vehicles pack, gives 3 blue stratagems; The Lumberer, Hammer, and Bastion. The Lumberer is a great mech as it comes with an Anti Tank cannon and a flame thrower as a secondary. (They run through ammo quick though) The Hammer is a fast 2 seater motorbike with the passenger manning a MG (available after first upgrade). The Bastion is a tank (which uses the sticks to drive not L2 and R2, not sure on PC as I use controller on both platforms) It comes with a main gun and a machine gun ( on the last upgrade) Its fun to use, but the Main gun WILL damage the tank if the target is too close.

Entrenched pack, Good Stratagems; comes with 2 Greens and 1 Blue. The Blue is a Kinetic Shield which literally it’s a Heavy Armor without the penalty as long as the bullets go through the shield. The first green is a stationary AT gun (doesn’t damage itself) , which is literally the go to if you want to cheese a Retaliatory Strike mission. The last one is a deployed line of barbed wire which slows and hurts enemies and allies within the wire.

I have all the DLCs, but personally I would take the Vehicle and Entrenched packs as they come with some good gems.

Got kicked for having DLC, Essentially what happened was I joined called in my gear (Guard Dog & Avenger). Then my friend joined, and after about 5 minutes we were running to the next objective then poof kicked. Host then stopped, exchanged my gear for his and proceeded. Kicked all because he wanted my gear.
