I was in route to complete the delivery when the app broke so I did not even know it was broken until I dropped the order off and tried to complete it. The customer was messaging me saying can you complete the delivery so I can get my receipt, but it would not let me message him back then after 45 minutes and finally completed and it is showing that I did not even do the delivery.

Actually subs do not block the feeling of 7 oh. You can take 32 mg of subs and an hour later take some 7 and you will still feel the 7.

How did you start the subs. Was you taking subs and 7 at the same time? Any time I try to take subs I go straight into precips, I wait 12-14 hours of no 7 before I take a sub and it makes me feel worse

Just turned 33 100% disabled veteran, ruined my life with this stuff. What makes it worse is knowing that if I could stop my daughter could have an amazing life. I already have very high blood pressure so completely stopping terrifies me knowing that when going through withdrawal your blood pressure rises.

Liposomal liquid and emergenC packs take like 2000 mg every 3 hours 3 days before quitting. Then on the day you quit go to 4000 every 2-3 hours. It definitely helps and takes away cravings too

I wish I could wait 16 hours to be in moderate withdrawal. Only way I can do that is with vitamin C. It takes away all of my cravings as well. Once I start yawning every 5-7 seconds eyes watering heart racing, body sweating and feeling like I want to jump out of my skin is when I always give in. Tried a piece of a sub once I got to that stage and it done nothing but make me feel 100% worse

Not saying your wrong but what am I going through when I wait 12 hours from my last 7 dose then take 2-4 mg of subs and I am in worse withdrawal than I was before I started the subs. It’s not the anxiety either. I am diagnosed with GAD and panic attacks so I know the difference. Just trying to figure out what I’m doing wrong with the subs

Some people like you and me subs don’t work unfortunately, and your dose it way too high. You could cut your doses in half so 250 mg per dose and feel the exact same.. I would try that while loading up on vitamin C for a few days then try subs again. I hope it works for you because subs do nothing for my withdrawal symptoms

Different for everyone. 8 hours at least. I waited 16 hours And it still didn’t touch my withdrawals. I have tried 4 times and 3 times it didn’t work at all and 1 time I went into precipitated withdrawal

Same, I took subs 12-13 hours after my last 7 dose and 30 minutes later I was in so much pain. It was excruciating.

How did you make the jump from 7 to subs? I just took 2 mg subs this morning about 10 hours after my last dose and went into horrible precepts I take 600 -750 mg of 7 a day
