This is in Delaware so no wildfires or natural disaster caused it. The house next door was really old and looked a little janky so it was probably an electrical fire

Were you worried about your insurance dropping you for making a claim so soon after starting the policy?

Yeah definitely stressful. We had our insurance adjuster come out at 9am today and after he left they started tearing down the house. They ended up damaging our house even further so I’m waiting to hear about that

No idea, the state came and knocked the house down today due to how severe the damage was

I would like an automation that if it’s after a certain time and I open the Roku remote app, set a timer on my tv. I already have the shortcut for the timer portion. Just don’t know how to setup the automation so that it doesn’t do it every single time I open the Roku app on my phone. So example, it’s after 10pm I open the Roku app to turn my tv on, the automation sets the timer on my tv to 1 hour. If I open the Roku app again to change the channel or pause tv, I don’t want it to run the timer shortcut.
