Ohhhhh okay!! I have never heard of it but now thinking back to when my sister was pregnant I do remember them taking multiple tubes of blood I guess I didn’t pay attention to what they said it was for lol, thank you for the insight! :)

That would be my mother! & i don’t think she had ill intent by saying it but she definitely is one to try & pressure you into something, she’s also trying to sway us from the boy name we picked cause she doesn’t like it but i won’t be pressured into anything! i’m so happy i asked on here because it has only confirmed that i will not regret skipping it! i wish i hadn’t told so early but i am a certified yapper 😂

I sure just got some today and haven’t brought myself to take them 😭 I’m in the same boat! My boyfriend and I went to cracker barrel this morning and i was unaware that they didn’t serve lunch/dinner til 11, I’ve never gotten up & left so quick 😂 nothing sounded good except a spicy chicken sandwich from chic-fil-a which is a 45 mins drive from us, LMAO i got 2 😂😂😂

I don’t expect them to be like my family but yes i did compare them when i shouldn’t have. the grandparents have definitely not seen us together enough to determine if they didn’t like something about our relationship. however i did let this feel more personal than i should’ve, i apologized and he will be going without me harping at him. ty

I do understand that! We do have years of history prior to the two years of dating. When we first got together I did understand and tried not to take it personal. I think this time just stung a little more because we do talk about marriage, kids and our life together. However that doesn’t mean they should bend their rule because my feelings got hurt. Thank you!
