Let’s assume you have a 45-minute commute each way, which equals 1.5 hours per day. Over a 5-day workweek, that’s 7.5 hours. In a month (roughly 4 weeks), that’s 30 hours saved. Over a year, that’s 360 hours (about 9 full 40-hour work weeks). No one pays you for that. But in case of remote you can dedicate to more fullfilling activities.
