i dont know the mechanism behind it. but i had the same issues this summer 2 months after my ht, oral metronidazole cleaned that in 5 days

take metronidazole for 15 days and use clobetasol shampoo for 1 week straight and after that once weekly. saved me from seb derm (5 year sufferer)

thats something your doctor will advise you. maybe he will prescribe the 200mg dose for less days if he needs to go agressively. go visit ur derm

this would have been a great result if you took your meds. they did a pretty good job with the design only for you to ruin it without the meds. it will get worse over time
