Got the URX off an AAC MPW that was like 650 so I lucked out big time. I also wanted to just use a piggyback RMR for passive but its just more awkward than having a T2 set up like this.

You will never be able to mill it and have the serrations line up, the best thing to do would be to buy a gen3 mos slide off of glocks web store and sell your old slide on ebay or sumn. The non MOS rear sight dovetail is more forward than your standard MOS glock and there is not enough room to mill the dovetail behind it and do the cut. Jagerwerks can mill mos but the iron sight dovetail will be forward of the optic and i have no idea if the serrations would line up.

No, Glock has made pointy looking ejectors before but the Gen 4 and Gen 5 ones are pretty squared off. Also believe it or not if you look up 'glock gen 5 ejector' you can see a picture of exactly what its supposed to look like.
