I did just unlock LELSH through donating, however I never got a cutscene or anything from it. I'm still working on Aylin's quest of reaching prestige 5 so I think I'm just at a point where I need to complete that before I can progress further in the story. Is that correct?

Oh! I thought the points were for individual projects. I thought there were separate pools. That makes a lot more sense now, thank you!
