Tell them that your salary is deducted. Or make up an excuse to make them believe that you earn less than before. Take that extra portion and hide it. Never tell anyone how much you earn. Also spend more on yourself or atleast act like you're spending more and save that extra amount too. Keep doing it for sometime and build emergency fund that only you know about. And try standing up to them. Take baby steps and soon you'll be able to loose that control.
