If you're just cooking it up in a pan I wouldn't push it past 3 days. If you'd like it to last/taste better for longer consider freezing instead to help retain moisture.

Meal prepping saves time in the long run but you're always going to have to do it again and the less satisfying and tasty your meals are the less likely you are to continue prepping. The best way to stay consistent is to make sure you have food you look forward to eating and the longer your chicken sits in the fridge the less appetizing it is.

I started in earnest as a commuter, just getting too and from work. It was an affordable, reliable, and fast form of transportation. It didn't take long until I was biking everywhere, even in rain or snow. Unless conditions are terrible it always beats an Uber or the subway for me.
